Doggie Oasis begins Overnight Care!
Due to popular demand Doggie Oasis Day Care is now offering the
 most
exclusive overnight care in Vegas. While Buster is with us, he will play
all day with his friends at Doggie Oasis. Each evening, the Doggie Oasis
Chauffer drives Buster to our overnight facility for a restful night’s
sleep. Dog’s are supervised 24/7, and we only take up to 15 dogs at a
time! Our staff per dog ratio is hard to beat! No more worrying when you
have to travel! The cost of Buster’s vacation at his “home away from
home” is an all-inclusive $35 a day.

Doggie Oasis has become a second home to quite a few new dogs since our
last
 newsletter.
Babi (black lab) now gets the award for being our oldest at 15! She will
be the first to tell you that she has more energy than most of her
younger friends. Two of the biggest dogs are Katy (Mastiff) and Finn
(Newfoundland). They always come in ready to play, even when they
haven’t had their morning coffee. Woody, Sweet Pea (miniature bull
terriers), Lola, Trixie, and Dudley (huskies) love coming in to play
with all of their friends, and each other! If you notice your dog is
even more tired than usual one day, they were probably playing with the
bull terriers and huskies!
Important Reservations Update
As you may have noticed, your dog’s playgroup has been getting larger on
a more regular basis! For safety reasons, the staff at Doggie Oasis can
only handle a certain number of dogs at a time. Because of this, the
staff is requesting that parents call 24 hours in advance of your dog’s
visit. If you have a day(s) of the week that your dog regularly comes to
play, that works as well. If you have last minute plans, please don’t
worry. Call as soon as you know and as long as there is still space,
your dog is still welcome to come and play. Starting October 1st, to
help ensure that we will always have enough staff for the amount of dogs
on a given day, the price for a last-minute reservation will be $18 for
a half-day and $28 for a full day. Lastly, the staff would like to
request that if for any reason your dog can't make their reservation
that you call to let us know. This lets us keep an accurate count of how
many spaces are available for last minute reservations. Thanks for
helping us make sure no dogs have to be turned away unnecessarily when
we reach capacity.
One-on-one or Board and Train, Doggie Oasis dogs love to learn!
 When
Stephanie Beetsch isn’t busy in the day care, she can usually be found
outside working one-on-one with a Doggie Oasis dog. Stephanie covers all
the basics including: sit, stay, and heel (leash taming) with
distractions. She will also work on fun tricks, or any problems that
need that extra attention. The dogs love the extra work, and go home
tired and well mannered. If your dog needs a little more attention, we
are also offering board and train. Stephanie will work with your dog
while he stays with us. Instead of the normal 1-hour sessions, Stephanie
will work with your dog throughout the day. Our prices can’t be beat,
and Stephanie has had great success!
Doggie Oasis Web Site Update
If you haven’t checked out the Doggie Oasis Photo Gallery lately, you
are missing out on t he
new photo album! We have pictures of all or dogs listed alphabetically.
If your dog’s picture is not up, we probably were unable to catch them
at their best! Remind us next time you bring Fido in, and we will be
sure to snap a new picture for the site, and our wall!
We have also added “Ask the Obedience Instructor” and a new look to the
web cam. We hope to continue to expand the web site, and welcome your
